Help Best Barcode Scanner

Sorry but Shop savyy is a poor quality scaner i can not get it to start camer and yes i have rebooted. also it dose not rotate on my asus tablet, my cam as located center side, with out rotation this is a fail app

That depends on what platform you would like to read the barcodes. There are different kinds of barcode scanners according to different platform. For example, I am now using a Java QR Code barcode reader/scanner to read QR Code in Java. This tool is good. I do not know which platform you would like to read barcode. I've installed ZXwing barcode scanner. I have followed instructions. Little lights play, but nothing else happens. I had the same experioence with QR scanner. What might be the problem? I have an HTC Desire C

I have been a huge fan of ShopSavvy but the last update tied it in with Facebook and it is a pain to use now. I am not on Facebook and do not like apps trying to force me to sign through Facebook. This seems to be a problem with a lot of apps and other software lately.
