What's the best browser to use on the LG connect?

Boat. No competition. It hasn't been the same since they made it to work with ics and jb but it's still the best.

Maxthon is pretty good also.

edit - ehh, the pages on craigslist zooms in automatically and when I pinch to zoom out it just goes right back.
Can't watch porn it's flash capabilities is a mess. Deal breaker right there I'm back on boat.

I agree. Although I did find that Dolphin HD was a little too much for my needs; Dolphin mini is what I'm using.

I can't remember ATM but either boat or xscope requires the default browser be installed to work.

i'm glad the OP posted this thread b/c i was just about to. installing dolphin HD right now. is it safe to uninstall the metro browser and if its not safe to how do i make dolphin default so when I open links from email or text it opens in dolphin?

Version 6.5 and below are free from their site. Just dl and install manually.

I dont think so.
And when you install dolphin, and you click on a link itll ask you which.browser you want to open it with. It will also have a little box that you can check to make it your default browser.

DO NOT uninstall metroweb! it will bugger your play store app.

Actually I found that deleting metro web screwed up market downloads for me now that I think about it.

6.5? Yeah, but as mentioned above I had issues with the page size and flash player so I uninstalled. Too bad too cause I really liked everything else about the browser.

7.13? No. I couldn't find it.
