Best Browsers?

What what is everyone using? The stock browser seems fine. Was using Opera Mini on my Blackberry. Is there a better option?

On my Triumph I preferred Dolphin. But on my Xoom tablet with ICS I stuck with the stock browser.

Chrome beta is also available for ICS devices, but it didn't seem to offer me anything I'd use over the stock one, so I haven't used it much.

i prefer dolphin broswer HD, although the only hd device i have is an iconia tab. sure it would be awesome on the evo v

Chrome is the only one I can use anymore. The way it integrates with your desktop browser history, bookmarks, etc. just makes the whole experience so much better. Combine that with the fact that it uses the same rendering engine as the Chrome desktop browser and it's far and away the best for me.

The only downside is it doesn't have Flash. I'm sure that matters a lot to some people, but it doesn't to me.

I have to say, I love the stock HTC browser, but I have Dolphin HD on my tablet and it's the best. Just needs ad blocking

I tried the chrome browser and wanted to like it but it seemed buggy. I would get odd graphic static showing up when I click stuff, and other odd rendering bugs like duplicate lines of text, flashing, etc. Right now I've been trying the stock browser, it's not bad. I've used dolphin before and I think I'll try it again on this phone and see how it goes.

been using opera mini out of habit but the stock ICS browser is much improved from the Optimus V

+1

I liked Dolphon HD and Miren on the OV and Firefox on the Evo 4G.

I love Firefox, the interface especially, but it's just so darn slow to load, I'm trying to adapt to Chrome.

I used to love dolphin on my Triumph but it has been really goofy on the evo v. Everything from loading to zooming in and out just seems janky for some reason .

I prefer Opera Mobile but then I've been an Opera fan for several years now. I'm going to give the new version of Firefox a spin today.

The stock browser is good but access to the status bar and changing tabs is slower than need be.

Is Chrome Beta working well for people with HTC Evo V's?

Whenever I try to use it on mine, it bugs out constantly. It did it with stock and all the roms I've tried. Lots of graphic glitches popping up with any sort of overlay, like the keyboard. When I scroll a page it looks like I won a game of solitaire on Windows 98

Chrome was buggy. Try going onto the VM (full) website, wait til the flash banner loads and hit menu. The screen gets distorted.

I've been using the stock browser too. I hear it handles Flash-based content like any desktop/laptop would, and I'm usually only in line or waiting rooms long enough to go through only a few regular sites anyway, so not having Chrome's bookmarks isn't as big a deal with me as it understandably can be for others. :)

I have always used Opera Mini and on this phone I have tried the stock, Chrome, and Opera Mini and I still prefer Opera Mini for most browsing.
