Best Buy - $100 off captivate

I have not checked Best Buys website yet today- BUT the next three Fridays are Free-Phone Fridays. Last Friday the Aria(ATT) was free, as was the Samsung Fascinate(Verizon). It may be entirely possible the Captivate may be free one of these free Fridays.

Just saw on facebook what appears to be the list for tomorrow...sorry, no captivate yet!!!

The following phones are available for free October 8th, 2010.

I checked out Best Buy Mobiles Facebbok page... folks are NOT happpy with the selections this week!!! I mean come-on a FREE Pantech Pursuit... isn't that in the almost free category anyway($29 normally)???

I am glad I used the reward zone offer. Even if the Captivate ends up free one of the next two Fridays it won't matter to me. Heck- my first one I bought at Wallyworld for $149 and returned and cancelled contract on day 30 and got all money back. Saving $100 makes it a lot easier to overlook the GPS issue until fixed.

If they drop the Captivate down to free within 30 days of purchase you can go in and get refunded the difference. Thats one of the reasons I bought at Best Buy.
 
I cashed in on this, normally $199 and with my upgrade fee and a car charger out the door for $81! Glad to be rid of the iPhone since that whole OS 4.0 ordeal on a 3GS.
 
I bought my captivate with the reward zone coupon and i paid $100..
$50 for the phone and $50 for californias tax..

i went to two bestbuys and they both said i had to pay the taxes off the full retail price of $500

anybody else get screwed over by the government like me when they used the reward zone coupon??

When I went to Target's website it was the same underlying company as wirefly/newegg/dell (simplexity). They have it for $69, but I'd rather get a B&M deal I can try to get AT&T to match
