Best Buy Details

There has to be something coming as far as an announcement soon it doesn't make sense to keep releasing new commercials so close together and not have it announced yet....

I'm liking how the marketing is ending up this time around though, the poor Incredible didn't get any marketing beyond the one ad last year, and before anyone says its because of the shortage, no, because when ads are made, there sent to the agencies that will play them on there networks weeks ahead of the date, just like ads for retail are made months in advance

(also why we started to see those ThunderBolt ads back in Feb 14th all over the internet then all of a sudden, alot of them disappeared a few days later, HTC and Verizon probably had to put a freeze on the ads and the freeze wasn't put on them until it was too late (*speculation* NOT fact.)
 
I dont like the HTC commercials because they have so many phones. Its hard to tell them apart. If I can't tell these phones apart, how do they expect people who dont care about phones to?

They are cool commercials though, probably because sense is so awesome.
 
the helicopter thingy is pretty cool but i wonder how far it can go from you since its hooked up by wifi it cant be too far.
 
Seidio makes one hell of a case. I have the black case with the clip for my Captivate. I dropped my phone so many times and it's still in perfect condition. Otterbox is also good but too bulky for me. I will get a Seidio for the TB whenever it comes out.

I usually carry mine in my purse, but I got a holster combo with the amethyst one, so I can also use it that way.
 
@jayishere does your system still show a price of 250 and not 300. im asking this cause if it does im gonna go talk to the mobile manager and get him to give me something saying its 250 so i have something to use if they decide to charge 300 for it.

How do you chat with BB mobile? Its hard to believe this as jay works for BB and says no one has the phone in stock

Don't forget that there is two separate stores

BEST BUY retail

BEST BUY MOBILE (<< these are usually chain stores inside of malls that only sell Cell phones/ plans)

BEST BUY retail has mobile but its not nearly as large as the BEST BUY mobile stores are

the closest one to me is in Tysons Corner, VA and Arundel Mills Mall in Maryland

I also still believe while Jay may be an employee, its possible only mobile associates can access the Mobile part of there system that has cell phones etc.
and the only reason he can see that there are none in stock is because you can probably do the pre-order for the phone with any associate in the stores to help keep lines moving if there are any since it doesn't involve any paper work beyond a piece of paper to sign and set up your pre-order through a gift card purchase.

so my theory here is that while he can access the sku, inventory isn't accessible via that sku, only the pre-order sku is there so they can set up pre-orders with any associate and any computer terminal. its very possible best buy mobile associates only have the means to access that inventory

This is also the first best buy response we have gotten that says they have them but can't sell them yet.

everythings starting to come together. verizon has told all best buys (which have the phone in store) to not release them because of problems with 4g and skype. it has to be
