Hey - just got an email from Verizon about the t-bolt. When I excitedly opened it up, it was just the, "Thank you for signing up for information about the Thunderbolt" message again with the big photo of the phone and the "coming soon" tag we all know and love. Like the rest of you, I got this same thing weeks and weeks ago when I first put my name on the email list, so I'm just a little confused about why they are sending this again right now.

Did anyone else get this today? Could it be a clue about new activity? Or...is it just Verizon with too much time on their hands? After all, it's not like they're busy launching eagerly awaited smart phones or anything. :mad:

i didn't get any email. May be this was the practice run. Now they are ready to send to send to mass email :D
 
I just realized that a huge 2 page spread from Entertainment magazine that I've been looking for the past week has the same exact shot wed, march 16th.

I think most have resigned themselves to a March 17th or later release date. So far no rumor, innuendo, or source has provided anything. Its pointless to even guess at this point, and its easy to lose the energy to keep it up.
 
So I am still skeptical about getting this phone or not. Are there any other release dates on phones that might release in April. Id love to get the Bionic...but I am going overseas for the month of may and Id really like a good phone. If there are not any phones, then Ill get the TB...

I am thinking of going back to the Droid X. Having this iPhone truly does suck to be honest lol. I remember the reason I left AT&T to Verizon was because Verizon was getting the iPhone. Now all I want to do is go back to an Android phone because iOS is archaic >_>

archaic? in what sense? I was considering it as an alternative to the TB no show
 
I don't know what to believe anymore. I just know that my stupid Voyager keeps turning off for no reason, and I am fed up with Verizon not saying anything at all. The last thing I read ( a few minutes ago) was that people are hearing the 24th now. That is almost 2 months after the pre-sales. I have needed a phone since last October. I have been very patient but now that my phone barely receives texts and turns off if I put it in my pocket this has gotten to be too much.

What am I supposed to do? My phone is dysfunctional as hell but I want the latest thing because I don't upgrade often. I think I'm going to try to grab an Incredible and return it if the damn TB ever comes out. I said I would do that last week and some one here talked me out of it. Now with my Voyager getting worse I don't think I can wait anymore. So I have 30 days to return the phone yeah?
