Best Calendar app

Can anyone give me a suggestion of what a good calendar would be for the Captivate? I just installed Calendar Pad (free version), not sure yet if I like it. I was just wondering what others use. On my old HTC with Windows Mobile, I used SPB Mobile Calendar and it was awesome.

if you are interested in customizing your phone, get LauncherPro Plus. They have a decent calendar (atleast I like it) included with the Plus version. They have several layouts of the calendar widget, and best of all, with Plus, you can resize widgets, so you can really make it any grid size you want.

Mine is a 3x2 (length x height). It displays what month and year on top, along with buttons to add and look at your current events coming up (including holidays). And the days show up pretty clearly with little marking to show events and holidays too, especially for a 3x2 widget.

LP Pro is good as stated above. I also like Smooth Calendar because I can have a small transparent calendar of appointments on the home screen.

I used CalWidget forever, but have had issues with it of late where I couldn't get the background to go transparent. I've been using Pure Calender Widget (Agenda) since.

I'm trying out Blik calendar currently. It's ok..we'll see

Jorte is great. you can use your google calendar colors so different categories will show up in different colors, easier to see on the big calendar. Also i have the 2x2 widget for agenda, which displays events for 1 week. right next to it, i have the 2x2 task widget to show my to do list. Everything is synced to google and I haven't had any problems.

I think I am going to give Jorte a try. It looks the most promising for me.

I have tried numerous calendar apps and ended up finally with Jorte. Love it and they are continously updating the app.

Used Calendr and it was a nice look, but I needed to see a bit more detail on my work calendar. I'm using CalWidget now. It's a bit plain looking but provides me with the expanded view. it will do for now until I can find a nice blend of what I need.
