Help Best Keyboard?

I have both Swype and Swiftkey. SwiftKey uses more memory, but occasionally I use it for a while. It depends on my mood I think.

Can I buy swype anywhere? I had it downloaded, but got the dreaded "your trial period is up" msg...

Thanks

swype is SUPREME! i had swiftkey and it's no better than the normal keyboard for sentances that you haven't typed before, and it offers less suggestions (never understood that). Also, try Vlingo. Their keyboard is like the stock, but the voice recognition is excellent, better by orders of magnitude than swiftkey's voice and at least a little better than stock. plus all the bonuses of Vlingo itself.

No, they aren't selling directly to consumers yet.

SwiftKey predicts words that come next to each other. It doesn't predict entire sentences, but commonly repeated phrases (you'd be surprised how many you use often). If you actually use it for a week, you'd be pretty amazed, I think.

ShapeWriter is best of all. It is better at predicting words than Swype and the interface overall is better. And it takes the least memory of all these programs too. I tried using Swype the other week & it was making stupid guesses at what words I was trying to spell and I had to stop and correct it constantly. ShapeWriter is very intuitive and usually guesses the right word. I don't think it's available on the market anymore though, so try to find it online.

I dont like any of the drawing keyboards. I want one like blind type. SwiftKey has a ugly interface so I stayed away.
