Best mount for a mini-van?

Ok, I searched and haven't found "car-specific" mounts. I drive an uber cool Dodge Caravan (married with children), and I already have a decent stereo in it with an aux input, etc. Anyway, I want to have a dash/winshield mount for my X so i can play tunes, navi, etc. I have looked and most of what I have seen are pretty "short". I don't want to have to reach incredibly far to change the music track, or update my route...

Soooo, anyone have any good suggestions? Or is there a "screw" mount out there? I'll hard mount it is need be, just need some ideas as everything I have seen is either flimsy or looks to be too short.

Thanks in advance!

try proclip or just use the Verizon universal mount. For $25 it attaches to a vent and works well for me.

Wow...so far the last two look to be good for my needs...thanks for the input guys! I'll let you know what I get and get a vid or some pics of it once installed for all of those cool mini-van Moms & Dads out there ;)

...and don't forget the minivan moms out there, too, sigh.

My apologies Ma'am....Edited to be fair ;)

I have a caravan too, and the motorola car dock works fine.

He needs a long neck. IIRC the base is fairly standard, but maybe not for the moto setup. Take it into a fry's electronics and look for nav arms, etc. One might just lock in.

I haven't gone through my other mounts, etc. The stock moto is long enough for me on my long windowed car. If you have a place to stick the inlcluded base cup, that's your answer!
