I'm new to the LG esteem. I just wanted to know what's the best rom I can put on it. I want one that is good with battery any advice.

Supposedly GSE w/ Homeless Kernel is the best, especially when used with LG Optimizer. I am not sure though since i am about performance compared to battery

I believe that you can flash Homeless Kernel and use LG Optimizer on top of any ROM if on version B and It will greatly improve battery, and responsiveness is good as well.

Yea I download GE II its great with homeless kernal v 1.3 its way better on my other ROM when I take it off fully charged its ready on 96% now I been using for about 30mins still 100%

Well they all good but you have to no how to use the rom tool box and the set cpu settings. I noticed that that tool box control alot

Extreme 2 doesn't look and feel anywhere as nice as 1. Extreme 1 is the way to go. Don't overclock the thing to 2.0 and you battery life will be fine. I keep mine at 1ghz and honestly the difference in speed between 1ghz and 2ghz is minimal IMO. So why kill battery when 1ghz is plenty fast? I say extreme 1.

Whenever i flash Extreem I or II i do not have wireless at all no matter what i do. Plz help very new to Esteem!!

You don't have wireless? Do you mean wifi?
Also have you checked in the actual posts of the ROMS. People that have had problems generally post in there as well so browse through the pages of those posts and see if you can find anything helpful. I know a lot of people had wifi problems with 2.
