What is this undervolting you speak of - sounds like clocking PC processors.

How do you do it? sounds intersting!

Its not. Its just a custom kernel which needs to work with whatever rom you have. The clock speed of the CPU functions as normal but uses less power so saves battery.

These kernels do often manage to overclock (if you have an app like setcpu) to higher speeds, without using more power than the normal speed.
