Root [BETA][MOD] CRT Animations

Hello friends,
Many of u were pming about ICS theme but i will do that later as it requires some time but today i m here with CRT animations
This is a very popular mod but its only for Android 2.3+
As i don't have the phone u people have to test it
This is still in beta and i think this won't work at one shot as it is mediatek stuff so i have made 2 more mods but will upload later after testing this one

CRT Animation

Instructions to apply this MOD
1. Download the above archive which is in rar format
2. Extract it
3. U will find framework and services.jar, just replace it it with one in system/framework using Root explorer
4. Reboot

Alternative method
1. Those who are comfortable with ddms or adb, they can push it to framework folder

If the phone doesn't boot or gives black screen then just reflash ninads ROM or better use adb and replace those 2 files with original one

It is CRT animation.
Search on youtube u will understand it by watching a video.

after replacing those files, give all permissions to both files and then reboot.
 
yaa watched looks like an bouncing effect when screen gets on or off
wat about ics theme
it changes whole user interface like ics?
 
yes it will change whole UI to CM9/ICS like UI
btw what u meant by it didn't work???
it stuck at boot screen or those transitions didn't work??
and yeah in previous two attempts how much time u waited at boot screen??
I recommend to wait for full 7-8min as those transitions will take time to register at first boot.
 
Do not replace by Root Explorer !!!

Yup! I know i came to this thread a bit late :o
But when u replace via root explorer , you need to change a bit of things
Root explorer messes up stuff !

And the boot screen hault is not ur mistake
you need to change creator and permissions !!!!!!

@varun the non booting stuff is but obvious and not ur or his mistake :D ...

Simply put the exe in the same directory which has both the jar files

And execute !

This implies to all devices ..
try (just for fun sake !) copying A70 jar files to Sdcard then again back to framework ...
(even after changing permissions )
btw, you can skip this ... i have already tried ...
+ This will be a easier option to as such "install" the animation :)

btw can u pm me the method of creating executables so that I can get my stuff tested faster.

Hi Varun, The whole of A75 community appreciates the work that people are doing for Micromax A75.

However, sometimes people are drawn back by other issues/concerns, which results in a lag of reporting, I am sure someone or the other would come ahead to test it, else I will test it and let you know.
