Black screen after LG logo

Long story short, my phone was rooted, and up to date with the latest OTA + Avast's security app with all of the security in place (remote GPS location, data wipe, anti-theft, etc).

I had to run a factory data reset because it was synced to an old GMail account I no longer use, and, now, all I get is an LG screen, and then, a black screen. When I push the camera button, it will reset.

I can not get to EMERGENCY MODE, or any recovery screen.

I can not recover with any of the known methods simply because I can not find ANY links that work (Thanks to the US Govt taking down MegaUpload, mainly...).

Before going any further, I'd at least like to -attempt- the unbrick methods, even if I can't get to EMERGENCY MODE, mainly because my computer still recognizes the phone as an LG Android device. Aside from that method, though, what do I do now?
 
There should be some kind of disclaimer in every rooting thread on any of the Optimus M,S,T,and V's. Using the factory reset from the phone's menu/settings will soft and sometimes hard brick a phone. You need to go here New pre-packaged ADB installation
This will set up an ADB on your PC. Then download the LG drivers for the S.
Download the proper flash_image,recovery,ROM-and gapps if necessary. Put on the Root of the sd card (not in a folder, just toward the bottom of the list of folders. Then find the commands for installing the flash_image and recovery as well as rebooting to it, for your phone. Then install ROM in the recovery. If you need help just PM me.
 
What have you done to your phone since it was stock, and what did you do to it prior to it messing up?
 
About what you are saying here... i have a bigger problem, my optimus sol wont get past the lg sign... not even in the chargeing sign, the battery... so no pc cant recognize it... not even the command prompt, the kdz or lg updater... and when trying to see the device.. it says that it is corrupted or things like that and it can not be properly installed... so, any ideeas, please help. Everything is from a bad root
