^^I believe this file only applies to short pressed keys, not long press behavior.

The intention is to alter the menu key's function as follows:

Short press = menu
Long press = recents
double tap = screen off

In essence, trying to eliminate having to use the mechanical home button and stick to soft buttons only. There is the option to enable the navigation bar at the expense of screen realestate. This will work and is fully mapable, prefer to retain as much screen space as possible.

Hey all, hoping someone can help me out. I just purchased a Sprint LG Volt for use with RingPlus. Before even activating the phone, I flashed the latest version of BlissPop onto my device. However, RingPlus needs me to use the ##MRL# function to edit my MDN and MSID. The ##MRL# function does not seem to work within BlissPop. Is there a different way to access this?

^^AOSP roms lack components needed to provision the device.

Flash back the backup you made of the stock rom, activate the phone/sim, then flash this rom.

After a few days of using this rom I'm noticing some strange but consistent behavior.

It seems after about 12-14 hours, while sleeping, the phone does a soft reboot. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to track this down? Perhaps there's a different kernel to try?

Hello, I've ran into a problem, it shouldn't be a big deal. My phone says it doesn't find an OS so I was wondering if any of you all would send me one of your backed up systems only please. My phone currently doesn't boot up but i can still access recovery. The system backup i need is for the normal rom zv5, only the system backup. For now I'll be using blisspop. Please help, thanks guys. <3

I have the exact same problem and it happens a bit to much also there's no video playback on the latest build.

After some further testing, it appears the random reboots were due to an xposed module - xposed additions. This allows you to remap buttons.

I'm still testing, but so far I've got an uptime of 15 hours+. In a day or two I'll re-enable the module. I'll be a bit confused if random reboots don't return

Reflash whichever zip you originally flashed.

Work is slowing down now, so I should start having more time to fix the remaining issues.
Camera green tint is tough, being as I never had that problem, but I will try to resolve it....

Yyesterday i get 3 LG volt.(Sprint Edition) Then i unlock SPC, Root, and install bliss 3.8 edition rom following way and my camera is 100% working fine with 1 of 3. rest of 2 phone green tint. Why this is happen i dont know.
How i install Blisspop 3.8:-
From TWRP i install ZV5 Radio Img then i flash rom, then i flash Aroma_LG Gapps. its fine camera 100% good!!!

I haven't flashed anything it just said no OS so if any of you all have a backup of the system. This backup is made in twrp and you can access it on file manager. Can you all send it to me? Thanks in advance.

I've been having random reboot issues with stock zv6 so it might just be a general issue with this device for some reason.

I'm going to give cm12.1 a shot for a few days. We'll see if reboots continue.

I never did establish a baseline with the stock firmware as I wanted it off the phone as soon as possible.

Dude just download the stock zv5 rom and eithet update from there or leave it. Or just download and use the zv6 rooted rom. Its stock to. Hell curtis's zv6 rom is a stock rom also it just has some theming its been dodexed and has a few performance mods. And caps never gets you what you want faster.

hope someone here knows the answer: I have Blisspop 4.0.1-x5 on my rooted BoostMobile LG Volt and did not flash the Boost APN Fix yet. I am going to sign up for the RingPlus plan which uses Sprint ( I know Boost uses sprint ). Will I need to flash the Boost APN Fix in order to use RingPlus ? Or will I have to configure APN settings manually. If so will manual APN settings stick after a reboot? Any help or tips appreciated. Thanks

thanks. One last question, if I flash that ringplus apn zip and a year from now want to go back to boostmobile how do I unflash ringplus apn zip so I can flash the boost apn fix zip ? Or do I just flash the new one over the old and it will work? thanks

Easiest to just make an image of the system the way it is now.

Or save the following

This modifies the following files, so make a backup of them.

/system/etc/apns-conf.xml
