To be safe, I converted the Bloatware from system apps to user apps.
I was then able to remove via the stock task manager.
The custom rom CTMod is Gingerbread 2.3.5 and tiny (the smallest, bloat free possible). My Prevail had 111mb free upon installation (94mb free now with addition of Google Maps and a few other things). It runs incredible. The screen is much more responsive and the phone quicker. Like a new phone and with more features.
And how do you go about flashing a custom rom to this prevail running gb2.3.5 rooted? Im interested in tryingout all the new things I can do but dont want to trash my phone. Can you direct me to a step by step tutorial on this please? Thanks
