Blown speaker. New Bionic...

Some how I managed to blow the ear speaker. Verizon is sending me another Bionic. I'm scared that this one will not clock to 1200 on the leaked ICS like my current one did. If it doesn't should I return it & for what reason? I am also nervous about a "reconditioned" phone.
 
Don't worry about the "reconditioned" phone issue. The only refurbs that I have recieved have been just like new. No scratches or dings at all, and worked as well as new also.
I would be hesitant to return it if you can't come up with a really good reason, but that is your call.

If a customer returns a phone for any false reason, it's a fraud felony, believe it or not. I have to lock this thread, therefore. If you want to start another thread leaving the "return it and for what reason?" part out, feel free. Thank you! :)
