Help Bluetooth dial and commands from sleep

I am really trying to use my new i717 to its fullest potential, but coming from an iPhone 4S with Siri, I cannot seem to get enough done while mobile. Meaning, I have to wake up the phone just to do bluetooth commands. Anyone have an apps or hints for me to get bluetooth texting or dialing working when the phone is locked?

I just hold down the proper button power i think on any of my headset and it wakes

set a wake up word, usually preset for 'hey galaxy"

Thanks folks. I rooted the phone and can now use the headset button to use the Voice Talk app, but only when the phone is unlocked and sleeping. If it is locked, it just ignores me. Bummer, but that is the price of security. I will just unlocked it before I get into the car and it should be ready for me to text and call folks while I drive.

my note works well with true bluetooth voicedial. there is an ap in the phone where you may need to adjust the settings. i push my pluetooth button momentarally and say "text betty i'll be home at 5' and it will send her the message. same with dialing i say'dial 123-4567' and it does, i say 'open pandora' and it does. my bluetooth is 2.0, and i'm very happy to be able to use this feature again.

ahhh...gotcha..I don't lock my phone so that could be the difference
