Help Bluetooth Problem

I seem to have run into only one problem since rooting.
My Nexus will not pair with bluetooth in my car. Up until rooting I had no problems and it worked like a charm. I've looked at all the settings in phone and car and am clueless. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
In a lighter note, I successfully flashed my first custom rom last night. I went with AOKP. Then this morning I flashed Franco's kernel.
Lovin this phone.
Only problem was getting backup assistant back, but finally remembered my Titanium Backup and it worked like a charm. If I can figure out how to get all my Verizon contacts transferred to my Google, I would be much happier.

Thanks

I had a similar problem. (I have a Mazdaspeed 3).

Here is my pairing process. After telling the car I want to pair, it asks for a 4 digit PIN. I tell it the pin, and then on my phone hit look for new devices, and when the car comes up, I have to put in the PIN on the phone. Then I have to name the device, and confirm everything, and its done. My problems were occuring when I put in the PIN on the phone, it was like it wasn't recognizing the PIN correctly from my phone. I wish I could tell you exactly what I did, but to be honest, I just kept trying, and one day it worked, and haven't had an issue since. The time it worked was immediately after I started the car, and I had bluetooth enabled on my phone prior to getting in. If it didn't work the first time, it would give me an error if I tried again right away.
