Root bluetooth sucks with custome roms

Not sure if its my phone or roms or what, but so far my bluetooth sucks for music streaming on MiUi and CM7. I can't touch my phone or i lose connection, the range is nearly non-existent, i have to be withing 5 feet or it drops out. Not sure if anyone else has experienced similar, if so have you found a fix?

Also I wipe data, cache, etc.. between each rom so I dont think thats it.

Mine works fine on CM7. Same for my wife's phone.

Have tried most every ROM except MIUI and hadn't had an issue with mine streaming Sirius or Pandora. I can leave my DX on my desk down stairs and walk upstairs with only a brief or minor interruption. I'm using MotoRokr 305 BT headphones and they work just fine.

ive actually been trying a bunch of things to get it fixed and im starting to think its my battery or phone, since I only experience these issues when not plugged into a wall charger (car charger didn't help, luckily I have an ac adapter in my car)

can't par phone with laptop ssx 2.2 some how it connected with vortex

there are some blur features that allow the bluetooth to sync up properly, other than that i do remember there always being bluetooth issues with the X

had problems using Rubix but i guess they fixed the issues. I agree some features require blur.

the feature for me to use the phone doesnt require blur
