  • Enabled 360-degree screen rotation
  • Enabled Mobile Data quick settings toggle
  • Implemented and enabled Flashlight quick settings toggle
  • Fixed and themed quick panel settings

-----

If you don't see the extra toggles, try resetting the toggles from within the settings app. If that doesn't work, unfortunately, the only other way to get them is to factory reset.

Is the stock TW launcher still included? Loving the information but was curious about that one thing. I see you added Google launcher.

Downloading now so I'll find out myself if no one replies. Either way I'm excited to see something new for the nd8 release. Thanks man.

RELEASE NOTES
The installer in this release includes the ability to install many of the Samsung/TouchWiz apps that were removed in the 1.x series giving you the ability to customize your experience to your liking.
Please be aware that the Samsung/TouchWiz apps are installed as system apps and cannot be removed without a root uninstaller (ES File Explorer, Titanium Backup, etc.).
The installer will also allow you to choose not to install many of the Google/AOSP apps that were pre-installed in the 1.x series.
To access these options, choose "customize" during installation. Choosing "Default" will install the same app set that comes standard in the 1.x series.

Looks good! Thanks for bringing this over to the Boost section, moonknightus. I'm getting ready to give it a test drive.

I also added it to the Working ROMS/MODS/KERNELS/MODEMS/ECT for the Boost S3 thread not long after you released it here.

EDIT:

Wheweeeee this baby is fast! I've got all of my apps installed and this baby is running great. You've done a great job with it, Moonknightus.

RELEASE NOTES

The main issue that is fixed by this release is the ability to use apps other than the TouchWiz Gallery to select a contact photo from within the People app. The app was hardcoded by Samsung to use only the TouchWiz Gallery app to choose photos. This limitation has been removed and you will now be presented with a list of apps to choose a photo. The Google+ Photos app does not work for contact photo selection from within the People app. I believe it has to do with the way the Photos app returns the file URI. I also tested this function using ES File Explorer to choose the photo and this worked without issue. If you really need/want to set a contact photo using the Photos app, you can still accomplish this by going into the Photos app, opening your desired photo, choosing "Set as..." and then "Contact photo." I have tested this function and it works just fine.

As to the battery percentage, it can be turned on and off via the same setting that would switch the battery percentage text on and off in the Settings app. Due to the way this feature is coded, you will have to reboot your phone for changes to take effect. If you have previously used an app or other method to enable the native KitKat battery percentage, you will want to disable it before applying this update as the setting that previously controlled it now controls the TouchWiz battery percentage text readout.
