Root [Boost Mobile] [ACS] One Click Root for Warp.

Alrighty, here's some suggestions I got for ya:

1) if your os is x64, try searching for the drivers appropriate for the phone.. I believe I have them in here: zte warp x64 adb drivers if needed.zip
2) The adb may be outdated, this was the problem for me.. replace adb-windows.exe and fastboot-windows.exe with the ones that I sent you in your pull /system thread (just rename them to adb-windows/fastboot-windows)
3) Make sure you run the autoplay every time, important!

I already got it rooted with the CWM OC and then flashing a rooted NANDROID.

Can someone please help me root my ZTE warp. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. For instance, I downloaded the zte drivers as well as put my phone in debugging mode. Please help me , its greatly appreciated.:)
 
Hey guys first i would like to thank you all for the help im very new to this (-25)experience i did everything you all told me to do to root my zte warp i followed every step to a tee now heres the problem im running bo8c but my crappy laptop is win. Vista i have no internet except for my phone now that said parameters for help are stated two things happen when i run zergrush it either fails completely (and i saw the post for how to resolve that dont have any idea how to open a dos anything so if you can include ****** directions i would appreciate it) problem two is i open zergrush it say gingerbreak possible finding gingerbread source code success

and then it follows with all errors and says i have root but i don't

Zergrush wont work on b08c you have to use snake x one click install for cwm google root after b08c update knoxville363 will take you step by step on how to do it

Tried that no go i downloaded all this crap i then transfered it to my windows vista laptop and nothing then i found the best way so far and that is halted by fastboot not working i dont want another download i got hundreds i want to know in the absolute most simple terms how do i get fastboot working on a very early windows vista laptop

Alright i hate to sound like a pain but still no root cwm got it all on my friends win7 64 bit desktop everythings goes awesome until i try pdanet hookup it says phone not connected in cmd and when i try to comnect pda nogo now i have a very interesting question for you awesome hackers i have a cmd app that runs all from my phone frre from market i have all these root req apps and i have an app called tdi writer now being that i am able to open a cmd on my zte warp is it possible to root all on my phone without a pc at all if you guys can look into this and give me an easy way to root i will bow down to you i do have to thank you all because i am really learning a bunch and discovering what this device is capable of i can only imagine with root!!!!!!! Desperately awaiting a reply
 
Any progress on putting this method into apk form. I'm not computer saavy in the least and don't want to screw my phone up. Always rooted with Gingerbreak in the past. Desperately need root!
 
Guys I have the same build and I can tell you the problem I had was that I had drivers for another android installed on my laptop and they were interfering with the root. It kept getting 2 drivers for the phone. Once I removed the drivers for the prevail, I had no problem getting root. I even had root before I activated the phone. I then could not get turned on to make calls. I had to go back unroot it and the activate the phone and re-root it.

Look up on youtube the click root for ZTE WARP thats what I did and it work great.
 
I select debuging in phone settings, but when I connect phone to pc debuging alert does not show. Theres only one way to turn that on, isnt there?
 
apparently this is so easy that i cant figure it out! haha everytime i do it it says zergrush not found and then it doesnt actually even complete the root. i am a total newbie to this does anyone have any idea what i am doing wrong?

Did you extract the contents of the archive? It won't work zipped.
 
This is frustrating. I am trying to find ONE viable answer to my issue of rooting this damn phone, and I am getting millions of messages of how to do X, Y and Z. ZTE is a biatch to root; I have tried countless of times running scripts, and my phone freezes upon attempts to install CWM. That gets on my nerves. Everytime I download drivers to try to install, they don't work. HELP!
