No problem bro, I had the same error on my tablet and that's how I fixed it.

I got it, problem fixed!

Reboot in cwm and fix permissions, it will ask you to fix root access select "yes"
 
I still think you should download supersu. It's a lot better and doesn't have the weird bugs that superuser has.
 
Hmm, Superuser worked fine for me. I fastboot flashed the boot.img. Then using the phone, chose to power off. I popped the battery then booted into CWM, went in and did a factory reset, wiped cache, wiped Dalvik, then fixed permissions. Rebooted recovery and then flashed the ROM. CWM then asked me if I wanted to fix root. I selected yes and that's that. As far as I could tell, everything worked.
 
Ok, must have forgot to add the framework-res.apk I modified. Everything works fine for me. Be sure to do a factory reset.
 
So I got bored while waiting on htc to release the source today. So what I did was I took the 3.4 kernel backed up by a cricket user and placed it in the recovery.img the sad news is it didn't fix the weird graphics in recovery. The good news is it booted and everything worked. There will just be some very minor tweaking needed to get the boost Sv on 3.4 fully.
Who needs sprint to release an update... Not us!
 
I need to install stock and look at the apn settings. Think I missed something. I will get it done and have a patch up tonight.
 
Hey guys I have a surprise for you. It starts with Linux and ends with 3.4... I have successfully built and compiled a linux 3.4 kernel for the k2_cl (no more using the other devices kernel) without the official source from HTC. Now we can fix kernel bugs as well. So I will need you guys to do bug reports of course... anyways here is the boot.img below along with source link
