Thanks to Ironhide602 I was able to get a Jellybean backup from the Cricket 4.1 OTA. Using that i ported it over to the Boost Mobile One SV.

Will have a link uploaded soon, for those that want to test. Install over your existing ICS rom and android will update. No Baseband or Hboot upgrade needed.

Instructions for install
Reboot to bootloader
Fastboot flash Boot.img

Boot to CWM Recovery
Wipe data/factory reset
Install zip from Sdcard
Choose the zip install
Reboot and enjoy

What? Jelly Bean from Cricket? Holy freaking moly man, that was quick. You just got the ROM a little while ago. SWEET!
 
lol i had the european version ported as well but couldnt get data to work. the phones all have almost identical hardware. so they are all almost completely cross compatible

What's up with MMS, proxy?
 
Just a thought.....Probably need to change the MMSC settings.

The hidden menu code to access the settings is ##3282#. I recommend using the VIEW option at 1st. Go to advanced/MMSC setting. If you want to change anything just go back and chose EDIT. :D

Yes, it needs your MSL #. Use the app MSL Reader from the Play store.




BE VERY CAREFUL IN THERE. YOU CAN SERIOUSLY MESS YOUR PHONE UP. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR SETTINGS BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES.
 
Shin, on the instruction you're saying to flash the boot.img.
The rom doesn't have a boot.img in it.
Wich boot.img should we flash???
 
Oh oops lol gonna have to post that up. Didn't even think about it.

Don't install until I have the boot.img posted. It does work though I have it running on my device now.
 
I hope you don't mind me asking, but how are the issues coming along, Shin? Making any headway?
 
Im working on those will have a patch up before to long

I can change the build fingerprint though because if i do it wont boot but all other cricket lines have been removed. Going to release the build.prop along with the MMS fix. Might have all of it done by tomorrow. Uploading the boot.img right now
 
I sure want to run this but wifi and MMS are a must for me right now. Hopefully you'll get those issues solved Shinru. I'm looking forward to giving JB a try and the SV. :D

Ok man, DLing now. I'll test if for ya. Gimme a few to get the files and add my findings to this post.

edit.... ok, here we go. Fingers crossed.. Entering fastbbot cmds.

Nope.... HTC dialer is FCing. Not getting any homescreen. Gonna try flashing over a non modified ROM. I had disabled sense and was using ADW EX launcher. Don'y know if that had anything to do with it but may have. Gonna try with stock backup of ROM.
 
Negative Shinru.... Now I can't get my CWM backups to work either. I can get them to flash but it stays on the HTC boot screen. Gonna work on it and see what I can do.

EDIT:
OK.... I got this puppy to boot.

OK, got it up and running. Testing MMS right now. So far I can't get it to work.

Update... MMS is not working for me.

The 3g icon comes up when wifi is on and stays up. It's trying to connect but can't.

So far that's the only thing I can see wrong with it. I will continue to test throughout the day.


Also, Shinru.... CWM backups will not restore. Wasn't really thinking when I flashed this lol but they won't restore with the new bootloader i guess.


If you would, please make a post including the files so we can flash back to ICS. Thank you


EDIT: Hey, you may wanna check the kernel bro. Max and Min are maxed out. No biggie on max but min needs to be turned down by default.

EDIT: I just wanted to add that you said a factory reset and stuff wasn't needed. Well it was for me. I had to do a factory reset, wipe cache, and Dalvik to get rid of all the force closes.
