The one I posted belongs to SmartmanVarten from the Public Mobile forum, It's the one I been using for a long time. This other one posted will work just as well. I download stuff like this and SAVE it to a safe location, like another sd card or a usb stick.:D

Thank to all of u for the help.But............Ive tried multiple browsers, all the posted APKs and it still wont even show the setting icon in my app drower. It worked perfectly yesterday before i reinstalled. Im going to try and leave it alone for a day or 2.
 
Try this,

settings/applications/manage applications.

Look in all four folders for it and delete all traces if you find any. Sounds like the app is installed over top of itself or something, and just needs completely removed.

And, as you prolly already know, a factory data reset, then reflash the rom and re=install flash player will work to.
 
Ok.......I got it to work. But I tried somthing a bit different. Titanium backup wouldnt install the backup so....I used a file explorer to access Titanium backup folder. There are three files per app Tar, Properties, and APK. I selected APK, selected APK again, and that brought up the option to instal. I selected ok, and POW it installed. Works gteat on Bout browser and Dolphin. I think the Flash version was 11.11.1.5 or at least it started with 11 and ended with 5. Im kinda proud, still not entirely surs why I had to go this rout thogh. Also thanx again to all for the help.
