*jizz*

DREAM COME TRUE! I dare not speak a word or form the letters E, T, or A in any way shape or form.

:D

Sense would be interesting, even though a few apps don't like it, like Wii remote IMEs.
I'm not a big fan of sense, but I love MIUI :)

I like it because its mainly eye candy.. lol

And not to mention the shortcuts on lockscreen
The eye candy is awesome, I love how HTC Does their looks, now I haven't seen the ICS with Sense on top, but maybe soon. I think the Evo 3D has the best when it comes to eye candy tho, although you can get all the eye candy for 15 dollars with SPB, but it malfunctions on the Warp

Best rom concept (for me:D):
- 100% stable, all working.
- Fast, no lags.
- Functionality.
so it would be an Sense-AOSP hybrid, feels like AOSP but it is Sense... = Mission Impossible :D

I mostly hate Sense, except for some functionality like be able to Menu\Settings\About phone\System updates. If I could do everything with an AOSP rom then I NEVER go Sense.

Just my opinion, no disrespect to anyone.

i just wanna see how many people would run a sense ROM on their Warp, because i just HATE the sense UI. I feel like it just ruins the android experience completely like have any of you guys seen ICS with a sense UI that htc plans to release for most of its phone?? cause its honestly makes ICS looks like shit. Only HTC knows how to make ICS look stupid when they combined it with their sense UI, but thats just my opinion.

If this gets more than 35 honest "yes" votes i'll make a sense ROM

Lol I put this on the tu forum. NO

i honestly vote no on the sense ui...... if you are gonna go through the process of making a new rom, make one like for example the CTmod for the prevail. i used that on my prevail and the set up and accessibility was amazing. so far with my warp, it is rooted, CWM installed, stock launcher dumped. made go launcher the default and only launcher, custom themed from uot kitchen. and got about 16 different boot animations, originally derrived from Quietstorm1785's boot animation installer.... all stock bloatware and other said garbage has been removed.... runs fast smooth and amazing.... miss the status/notification bar power options and actual power button options such as reboot, recovery. so if your gonna make a rom, please dont make the sense rom.... personally had a HTC and hated the sense rom.

still gonna make it lol i feel your hate towards sense i hate it too but lots of people would love to see it anyway. once im done with the sense ROM i think i might port my ROM on the ultra the $hevron ROM for the ultra to the warp "MIGHT" do it.

also in my set up quickboot, titanium backup, rootexplorer are system apps, so no matter what i do and have to restore my phone, i get all my apps back right quick...... the things technology allow you to do... :) not gonna lie, if you do make the "sense rom" i will try it out. not worried about boot loops or bricking phones, thats how you learn what you can and cant get away with.

Update:

This was gonna be harder than i thought it would but we're slowly slowly getting there

this was taken on my Ultra it will look closely/just like this on the Warp

Looks really good, the lock is dead on, I have it on my Warp through WidgetLocker, so I compared, and it is exactly dead on. The clock don't seem to look right, but still awesome! Keep it up! Can't wait to see it finished!

Got a friend's Warp for only today and since it was already rooted i decided to work on the sense ROM, i was snooping over at the XDA forums and found a sense ROM that was ported. when i tested it out on my friends Warp it was total chaos. Everything started to force closed and not just the HTC apps that i tired to port but even the regular apps that came pre-installed with the phone. I had no service due to the ROM messing with the system app and deleted a certain file that was needed for service "not sure of the exact file name". i assumed with all the force close's that it was a kernel/"other system" problems. Its Almost like CyanogenMod half the time you need a special kernel for it to not force close and quick reboot every minute "depending on the phone you have some phones dont need a special kernel", but i dont think its just the kernel theres a lot of stuff thats wrong and not all of it points to the kernel. i have had experience for a couple weeks on with a different phone on CyanogenMod and when i first flashed the ROM it was force closing "EVERYTHING" just like its doing now on ported sense ROM but then a Dev created a kernel for the CM7 ROM and it was a breeze from there on out for the other phone. i have had no experience with creating/making kernels its very unstable i cant use anything and the screen goes in an out every 5 or so seconds not even giving me enough time to get a copy of a large alogcat even though i will need more than that to figure out whats wrong. i went through so much solutions that i could find to the point where i almost bricked my friends phone:eek:. So its back to boring plan "B" now which is to find apps that give you a real feel of sense.

Well I admire your attempt :D

think i wanna put it on hold and port my ROM $hEvRoN ROM???? not sure but i would most likely guarantee that the $shevron ROM will be released next week as its very easy i know what files i need, what i need to use etc, but as of right now the sense ROM will be build on apps which completely sucks, i think most people would rather my ROM than a fake looking sense ya know?.

I personally would rather have your rom.. :)

The ported sense ROM that i found over at the XDA forums has many many issues with the phone if you would like to see what the issues are go up 3 replies about this one.

Attention:

Due to the problems if the HTC sense ROM and the only other option was to build the ROM off apps "which i hate to do its kind of like building a fake ROM". I have the decided to port my ROM $hEvRoN ROM to the Warp i can promise you that i will not come back with bad news with this ROM. It will work as i am the creator of it and i know what files the Warp needs and i have been working on them.

ETA: Mid to late next week
