Anyone have any ideas why quickpic shows up with 3 previews and then when you click on an album they disappear? I have the lib in the correct location, ics gallery does the same thing as a user app.

Do you have any init.d tweaks? They gave me problems with almost everything so I removed them all except for loopy

Init.d causes a ton of problems i removed it and my ROM is perfect now

I still haven't figured out which ones screw things up but I guess mount2sd is one of them since it caused him problems

Why not Linaro? It's what the ROM on my tablet is built with and once they moved over to it there was a very noticeable speed gain.

Holy crap, well the massive amount of apks I extracted or other files were screwing it up. I used the normal gallery and deleted all the unnecessary folders/pics. Bam, works perfectly now. Face palm +5. Init.d works perfect for me

Now if I could just figure out how to change the default layout for holo launcher then bam, I'm done

I did it the easy way... I pre-set the layout and added the data partition to the updater script... and then added in holo launchers data folder

I haven't been able to get this to work, I haven't been successful in pre-theming xperia home. If you get it to work, please share the updater script you used.

MrBobo if you want an easy way to theme xperia launcher check out ninjamorph thats how i themed it red for unitology

He means adding in a default layout... and I have to retest the updater script... last time I used it I got boot loops but it was for a completely different reason so I don't know if it works or not

exactly, I want to do these things:
xperia:
set the theme to adw elegant theme
set the desktop and app drawer rows to 5
hide the text on the launcher main buttons
boat:
change the default download folder
set the homepage
settings:
set screen timeout to 2 minutes
set development and unknown sources
enable wifi, location, gps etc
Nothing crazy here, I know what xml files most of this is set in but haven't been able to get xperia to stick, haven't tried the other two... I guess I will give settings a shot next.

Here's one I seem to be struggling with with my ROM...well two issues actually....
1) Market seems to be downloading over my 3G connection, even though WiFi is fully on and functional...Dunno if that's something I need to change or if the play store is just being stupid....
2) I can't make a nandroid backup. Well, I can...but it won't restore my apps...its just like I installed the ROM from scratch. >.> So have to redownload everything again...

Flash this in cwm and then make a backup. It will work after that. What kernel are you running?
