Root [Boost Mobile] Done!! Project

Skinny, wanna give this project a new look? Maybe? I still think it can be done as a flashable signed zip.

Well, Im not sure how, but maybe a flashable zip containing all the different emotes together? Blue, red, square green ones, etc, :D Even if it's only flashable for a certain rom, it would still be very cool.:D I wanted one for noob, but one for CTMod would be awesome as well!!

I was thinking of a flashable emoticon pack for any rom, just like Mercurys sound packs are, for the most part anyway. :D

I don't think its possible to make one that flashes like Mercury's, since the Messaging apps in different roms may have different dependencies from one another. I can make individual ones flashables probably for one rom, and maybe I could try noob since the emotes aren't special images that could potentially mess up :) so sure I'll give it a shot, just give me a few days to get everything put together

Sounds great!! Just take your time, If this works it should be a good one!! Know what I mean?!! We will also have to add it to the ATR guide:) :rolleyes:
 
Awesome!! What I am really looking for is more than one set of emotes to use, Doesn't matter if only flashable to one rom or not, maybe later it can be ported to other roms. Just some more ideas for you!!

Or maybe you will create something totally different that still works!! Go for it Skinnyjeans!!
 
I have 3 Flashable zips on my dropbox ready for testing. They're only for CTmod right now, however. I took 3 of Guspeed's themed Messaging apks and added the emoticons to CTmods, and now I just need someone willing to test them out since I can't (broken USB cable, second one this month :() anyone?

Wouldn't one just make two directories and script the flashable to put the smiles in mms res. hdpi and framewrkres hdpi folders? those are the only two dependency directories I have seen fo any warp Rom as far as smiles go...
