I guess I'm not sure what the hype is about using a fake chrome? Sure its a great browser, but theming a different browser to look like chrome, have some features like chrome, and even tell you its chrome will only cause confusion.

There are many great browsers out there

To make it system app you need to put it in system/app and set the permissions
