When you put it in system app
Dont click to install
Long press and select permissions
Then all reads need to be checked and wright for owner needs checked
All other boxes should be un checked
Then reboot phone

Was in the neighborhood, wanted to chip in.

I have seen the system/app apk copy, set permissions, fail or be inconsistent on other phones.

In some of these cases, the fix was a battery pull and failing that, wipe cache and Dalvik from recovery.

Probably won't work this time and you'll all think I'm crazy lol. :)

BTW, and apologies if this is off-topic, ok to yell at me for it (forget the badge) but I just wanted to offer - have you tried Boat Browser Mini on the Warp. It runs well, does lots. Just only going there for anyone who can't get this working but still wants a better browser.

I think its something with optimizing the apks that they dont work right trying to install them normaly.
 
Yeah that's one thing I'm found out since I found these forums nothing is impossible lol y'all are really great and if I did not have three kids and wife with only me working I would donate alot lol but y'all will just have to wait until I get t taxes back
