Root [Boost Mobile] Help with services.jar

I'm trying to make reboot options, and I can't seem to find much help on Google.
I have decompressed the classes.dex.
I just need help with finding which file, I'm assuming its "PowerManagerService.smali"
And I'm getting copies of the smali files, is this supposed to happen?
I'm using andutil to decompress.

I'll send you the files i edited sorted by folders so you know where they go

Edits need to be made to framework-res, framework, and services.jar

I just edited framework.jar framework-res.apk and android.policy.jar

I believe that is the tutorial I was following but I'll give it a shot just incase
