To answer your question - YES it's absolutely possible. There are some morons that will tell you "No. It can't be done.", which is b.s.
The methods of doing so are not necessarily as simple and straight forward as one might expect though. As far as taking a sprint phone into the boost mobile store and having them activate it for you, good luck. It's possible (maybe) but not very likely.
I've used several sprint phones on my boost account over the past few years and have never had a problem. The procedure that does work involves "flashing" the phone. I hate that term, and I'm using it loosely for lack of a better word. I won't go into anymore detail on it for now, because I'm not sure if this subject is okay to discuss in this forum, but just know that yes it is possible and there are people out there that do it all the time.
