here's a post about the new mods ZTE are doing to ICS, which includes notification toggles. if where lucky we might see a pushed update to 2.3.6 maybe with these features.
 
i contacted ZTE usa to find out if they will ever update the warp to ICS and after a long time of waiting this is what they said


Hello, Mr. ****** and thank you for reaching out to ZTE! All product software updates for the N860 Warp are defined, controlled and approved by Sprint. Currently, they have no plans to offer an update for the N860 to go to ICS. Hope that helps.

i also ask if the warp was going to get updated to 2.3.6. an the short answer is
*** Unfortunately, there is no upgrade planned by Sprint/Boost to take N860 Warp to Gingerbread 2.3.6.***
 
The warp probably isn't gonna be supported by boost much longer.
