Root [Boost Mobile] long booting time nd lag

My warp is taking a long time to boot up like 3 to 5 mins its also very laggy and starting to freeze up I'm using noob rom 6 with glitch oc 1.8 any ideas or help ready to give up on this phone.
 
Have you tried doing a clean install of n00b. That has always fixed me up when my system slows down like that.

Yep, it works best from a fresh format of the SD card, make sure to clear dalvik cache and fix permissons before u boot into the phone. ;)

Man!....... You can't give up!!!! This lil booger is awesome! You need to do a COMPLETE wipe and install Noob VIII full rom. Try the superwipe if you want. Believe me, my phone is LOADED!!! and it never lags, or freezes up. I'm trying to do the swap thing now... but this is an awesome phone. do all the steps you need to do and it'll all be good! Promise!
 
I tried the update but it had my phone acting crazy didn't update my phone to b10 yet but i assume nob 8 is based on b10
 
Yes, n00b 8 is b10 but you don't need to be on b10 to flash it.

In the op you said that your boot times are several minutes. What other symptoms is your phone exhibiting?
