I downloaded setcpu to my warp and on noob v4 and warp cream the highest freq. Is 1024 MHz so I can't overclock ...any solution?

I had set cpu for a while but imo its a useless app, does nothing but take up space and memory. A cool app is cool tool, check that one out in the play store, does all kinds of neat stuff, highly customizable and has a low memory footprint. called, Cool Tool.

It wasn't worth it on the warp. Some options won't work.
Just stuck to setcpu.

Well shin has wifi issues and hroarks causes lag when typing and small freezes.but if you set CPU to performance it stops the lag.and phone gets hot.

Setting the cpu to performance would absolutely kill your battery life.
