Root [Boost Mobile] Prl question

May be if the developer change the prl in there rom we could edit it with out a computer using root browser or something don't know if it would work but to me it seems like it would what do y'all think?

I did some digging into this last night... on some devices you can change the prl via the hidden menu apk. You have to have a Epst.apk; which wont work on our phone. I recompiled our hidden menu and found within Res/values/strings there's are entries for prl. I remembered the dialer code for dsa reset to factory ##727876# which basically activates your phone and updates your prl. This dialer code also uses the hiddenmenu apk I do believe. I found that during the update prl process hiddenmenu points to the URL dsa.sprint.com to update the prl. I can't remember which file contained the URL but anyway we should be able to replace the URL with a location on our sdcard and it should work ... maybe. I'm not too code savvy so I may need some help with this.
