You've had multiple requests for screen shots. All we have been told are bugs and even hroark has gotten frustrated with you. Like I said. I'm not trying to be a jerk or push you by any means Apollo I appreciate you doing what I literally can not but stop teasing us with the play by play and just do it. I like you. You're dedicated and intuitive. I just wanna know what I'm looking forward to, bro.

I'm sorry if I came across as mean. I am just REALLY bad with waiting and being tempted. I'm not installing tis ROM until it is finished UNLESS you want me to test it as previously discussed.

Look, suck it up and be patient. We seriously don't need this shit in the forum. I am running his ROM right now and it is damn nice. Tone down your attitude and realize you are not entitled to get this ROM. He ain't exactly buying a yacht from the proceeds of this thing. :eviltongue:

Status Report on Rapture:

The ROM is very stable for a Beta release. I cannot attest to the Mp3 issue but thus far everything seems to be running well. I OC'ed the ROM up to 1.7 GHz and it seems to be holding fine. I have since tamed it back to 1.2Ghz and it is running smooth. I haven't had a chance to run any games yet, but I will tomorrow. Thus far these are the only errors.

1. The ROM causes a small boot loop but the ROM eventually turns on. I had a boot loop of 2-3 repetitions until the the ROM finally comes on. This may ease over time (it seems to be getting better, but is is still an issue).

2. The app drawer was not showing certain apps that had been downloaded. I fixed this with a FC and data clear in the application section with the Google Play and the Google services Framework, along with a reboot.

3. There was a slight lag and and some periodic FC's on certain apps (XDA Premium, Google Play), but since switching from Superuser to SuperSU this seems to have stopped.

Tomorrow I will run the ROM with some games to see how it handles.

Details:

Running a rooted, CWM, phone with Stock ROM and Kernel previous to this. The build was B08c. Screen shots attached. It's a nice looking ROM! :)

Even if not every body agrees with me in here.but i say take ur sweet time bro...screw the impatient peeps.CUZ I REALLY DONT THINK ANY ONE IN HERE WANT A INCOMPLETE ROM THAT MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE OF BRICKING UR PHONES.AM I RIGHT?

i sure hope we can get along.it would be pretty stupid if we didnt because of a forum...alot of people dont realize how much goes into developing...honestly i'd rather apollo give us the tech specs and as much info about this rom he can before he releases it.cuz i sure dont want sumthing thats gonna end up jacking up my shit...unlike sum people,i cant afford to just go get a new phone or anything like that..Better Safe then sorry i say.....All i have to say is THANKS FOR GIVING A SHIT APOLLO..

Update on the ROM:

A couple of issues:

1. The bluetooth will pair with the phone but it will not connect. I tried this with two different ear pieces and had the same result.

2. There is a slight lag in performance when texting or when opening up the app drawer.

Overall, this is probably one of the best first round betas I have tested so far. Very smooth, and actually quite stable. It texts, makes calls well. I had one crash last night while browsing but other than that it has run downright flawless outside of the errors I mentioned.

This thread is obsolete check if you want i want all bugs to be reported to the official release thread and as a reminder v1.0.0 is strictly testing!!! V1.1.0 will be the polished rom!!! Thank you guys for your support
