Their support and website suck. They want to charge a $10 fee. I'll just head back to radio Shack and return the evo and see what happens. I just wanted to know if I need to return my phone to stock before going back?

no need to, just use the website and add a phone and enter the meid, that's all they should need. If your service doesn't come on after you do that (and make sure your account is paid up etc) then give them a call and they will work it out on their end, the phone will do the rest.

Also, you made a good decision, you should see some neat things coming to the warp soon (think cyanogenmod 10)

Reactivating my phone sucked. They should have a probation period with new phones. I told my totally missed the huge screen and the lightness of my warp.
