Root [Boost Mobile] Ringer Volume

Hey guys, I have tried so many things to crank my ringer and in call volume up and nothing seems to do a lot of good, or it may be me, I don't know. If anyone has any ideas I'll try anything at this point, thanks.

I'm running CM10 at the moment, do I flash the first download and then the one for Jellybean or just the one for jellybean?

Any, and or All of them!! They all work on most of the roms we have.
