Root [Boost Mobile] ROM creation help

OK, here it is. I've been working on my own ROM (modding my own phone ) for awhile. I've added init.d support, supercharged via V6, my own theme, ICS animations, removed bloat ect. I'm kinda stuck stale right now. I want to do more but I need to deodex and don't know how to do it. I would like to add CRT and some statusbar tweaks but gotta deodex first apparently. Also want to incorporate extended power menu. Once I have things to a testing state I will also need help cleaning it up so as not to publish my personal data. I've bounced every forum I can think of but way to many threads with different tutorials made my brain hurt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Heck if anyone has a deodexed b08 nandroid floating around that i could port my theme and mods to in order to save me the effort that would work to lol.
As it is now I'm setting on a modified from stock, odexed,rooted b08.

I believe chev or shinru or hroark has a deodexed stock nandroid that you can use iirc

You have a lot of smali editing ahead of you, lol for extended power menu and crt on/off you have to edit smali's in 4 different framework files.

But yeah boot up ubuntu and get the kitchen, it will have you deodexed in a jiffy, if you need the email.apk let me know because it wont deodex it
