WARP IS NOW ROOTED!!!!
Thanks go to Chalk (developer of zergRush) and interdpth for their hard work!
I tested on my phone and got root this morning - first Warp to be cracked
I suppose either Chalk or interdpth will be releasing an official exploit shortly!
ROOT simply gives you "superuser" capabilities on the phone. Think of it as a windows computer, most normal users just have standard user rights to change like their wallpaper and stuff. Think of "root" as Administrator rights that let you change and/or remove whatever you want. Root will also allow you to use apps that only work with rooted devices, like wifi tether.up until now i have used only blackberries... i decided to buy this phone and i am beyond satisfied... my only question is what is Root...? i know i can search for the answer but what will this allow me to do on the warp?
Damn you for teasing us with your rootness ! !WARP IS NOW ROOTED!!!!

HEY MAN! thanx for the root! im sure this phone is going to be beast! now what time will the release be released? oh and 2 questionsOCR will be released Monday. Look for the thread, tutorial video will follow. Also possibly an unroot option. Not sure why people need to unroot.
No secret leaks, everyone gets it at the same time.
2. can you do something about the ciq thats in the phone so we can wifi tether freely?
Does it really matter if we try and mask the wifi tether or not? You can USB Tether with the phone stock (as will all android phones that I know of) with pdanet as long as you turn on usb debugging and have the correct drivers on your computer. What's the difference? The logs would still show the same with the wifi tether as a wired tether. It's not against boost's terms to do a wired tether as far as I know, I could be wrong.
If your Services include Web or data access, you also can
