I just had an issue with the mms because someone sent me an contact as a attachment message and I couldn't open it mms repeatedly forced close but I downloaded go sms nd the message opened fine... Just something I that surprised me because once I fixed permissions it still didn't work, otherwise the rom is awesome
 
Ok update on the kernel, Backported Genlock

here's a description of what it does...
Enable's a generic cross-process locking API to provide protection for shared memory objects such as graphics buffers.

and i also enabled hw3d in the kernel so ant Hardware accelerated 3d games should work now :)

Still some testing then i will release the kernel
 
well HW3d isn't working correctly it actually slows the system down and caps out at 9fps lol so it will be disabled.
 
Hey Shin! i figured out the issue i had before about my camera still not working After version 1.5.2.4 Before i flashed i opened the zip deleting your stock ringtones notifications alarms an ui, adding my own ringtones etc etc plus adding some of my favorite apks. I don't know what it actually caused the camera not to work but opening the zip and modifying caused my camera not open at all. Strange, when I had done this before with other roms on my n860. So thought i help some what! :)
 
weird.... but interesting

Added brazilianwax and intellidemand (Based on samsung modified ondemand gov.) to the kernel. Also working on a new tweak to improve 2d and 3d performance by up to 50% :) check the benchmark thread for my scores. i have scored over 5000
 
Do you think it might be win rar? Beacause i really should be able to go into the rom with out problem. Ill figure it out later. Wow!!! Over 5000? Nice!
 
it could be winrar i have had issues with it myself especially on signed roms. which all of mine are signed now. Try using 7zip it doesn't give me near as many issues.
 
Um.....so I was having issues with my last rom so I was trying out this one.....wiped flashed and wiped again....no issues... but where is my top notification bar? Its completely gone!
 
OK so your lucky im as stubborn as I am. I wiped everything and reflashed.....nothing still no bar. So two reflashes later...nada
So I reflashed back to alien warp. Wipe; and reflash again wipe again and set permissions. Viola! I got a bar!
 
There's some random issues I've found switching to and from your rom shin. I'm thinking its the b08/b08c base change. That or just the crazy tweaking you've done.
 
probably both and the fact that my rom has different permissions, i have tried using permissions from other roms like stock. But, it wont work with my rom lol
 
Ill be honest; I think it was because I was coming from the infinity from. That rom also has its own kernel..... couple that with the fact it is in reality an alpha build. I had constant battery pulls which is why I changed rooms.
 
I too am having issues with wifi, it will cut in and out, but sometimes it will work fine.

My biggest concern is the microphone issue, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I don't use a headset or bt, so I am having to use speakerphone.

My old Optimus C had a microphone level control and I don't see that anywhere.
 
Dude hahaha xD I just realized I didn't have either! So I was thinking it has to be in cwm under advance cuz in wipe battery stats all the time!? U have twrp 2.2.2.1 huh.. lol
 
Hello everyone, well i changed carriers to t-mobile, boost is a great carrier and the price is even better but the service in my Area is horrible, have called em on it many times and nothing, so i went with t-mobile and got a Samsung Galaxy S2 for free from them, anyways just wanted to thank everyone for having made this such an enjoyable stay with my ZTE Warp which by the way i will most probably be selling if intrested email me at Lmarisy@gmail.com, thanks again all i'll drop by to say hello!!! god bless..
