Root [Boost Mobile] Speed up 3g one thread all methods

So yeah i just got my warp back, i'm reading differing things spread throughout multiple forums. Can people please post here the multiple methods/settings to help speed up 3g? (Vocoder settings, Rev tunneling?(seems to not work for me), the 3g turbocharger or w/e, the removal of two files related to throttling, PRL changes, whatever it may be. Others may find it more useful to have these all combined in one thread. Thanks.
 
3g turbocharger helps alittle as long as u do it wit 3g optimizer,the right way,and with the right version.but it always starts to make the phone itself lag too much in the end,and if u do ir wrong it jacks ur 3g up and u have to reflash the kernal.but iv been using the v6 supercharger script version 9,and it really helps the phone all the way around.performance and 3g
 
O ya.changing ur vocoder to 4gv helps alot,just dont use it wit the v6 cuz it always seems to make 3g worse inless ur on the evrc vocoder..hope ir helps alil

So your saying all 3 vocoders should be set to evrc? not 1- evrc 2- wild and 3- evrc ?
 
U can set them any way u want..ive never got much of a difference setting all 3 different.wat i ment was..if ur gonna use the 3g turboscript/3g optimizer mod,make sure all 3 r set ro evrc cuz the 4gv dosent work for shit when u r using the turbo script for sum reason..if ur not using the script then just play with the 3 till u get the 3g settings that work best for ya..
 
i would assume shin's rom has v6 turbocharger built in but it doesnt specify, so im gonna install it now, thx.
 
I just came accross sumthing that everyone might.be interested in when it comes to way faster 3g.everything i have tried dosent even compar to this.im getting about 50% faster 3g then i ever have.i didnt think sumthin as simple as a proxy ip change would make such a diff.but a friend of mine that used ti work for sprint told me..just ##3282#, go to DSS and just change the proxy ip to: 74.125.79.104 and the port should be 80.then save settings,and reboot.u should notice a big change..DONT CHANGE THE URL..make sure to write down ur old proxy just incase..it worked wonders for me..i hit 2,800 kbps when i did a speed test last.ill try to get u a screenshot of the next one if i remember.Let me know how it turns out for ya people....
 
THE SPEED TEST I DID 2 MINS AGO..and so far it hasent gone below 1,400 at its worst..

when i go to proxy it won't let me edit, any suggestions ?
 
Dont know wat to tell ya.im also running v6 script.u think that has anything to do wit it??i didnt think it would make a diff in proxy anyways.but i guess it does.wat was ur origional ip?it would be the same for all boost users right apollo?

As for all the ips being the same im unsure haha i even forgot to write my original down
 
Lol.im not running any 3g tweaks on the v6.was worried that if i said yes to that option it would jack my 3g up.i just dont want anyone thinking that this is a for sure boost on 3g if for sum reason it dosent work for them..im on prk 08

Hey brotha will you attach the V6 Supercharger zip here? I've been wanting to play with it for awhile but haven't been able to find it.
