Re Flash, maybe. It's a glitch from switching back and forth. Happens to me often.

Well, you may have to re-flash the rom the update and all of it,

Factory Data reset/ flash rom/ flash update/ flash theme.
Clear Cache/ clear dalvik. Sorry But you already know
the routine!! Takes Ten Minutes though, good thing!!

Well I'm back to stock. N after flashing blue me away some of the icons are still missing. For example the contacts icon is the right one but the messaging is the stock... Not sure what's going on.

First boot I had no top bar...I'm rebooting it to see if it comes back...if not I'll clear caches again, and re-try...I'll update you.

You're not going crazy lol, the screens were from CTMod.

But I decided not to include messaging to n00b's becuz all the comment and complaints about messages splits at that time.

You're the man! I take it you've pulled the "Glass" stuff from a Windows Roms...It's a downside...but I'll put up with it.
