Root [Boost Mobile] Tri-Band S3 (SPH-L710T)

I kind of briefly searched through my EFS... I didn't see anything that locks it to a device... Even the IMEI file simply read "SPR"
Try flashing it... For giggles.
(DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for bricking of device, though the odds are low in this case... EFS will only stall the boot of a ROM if the partition is unreadable... Then you just reflash the ROM in that case... If it fixes your phone, I am responsible ;) )

O, Thanks. Im downloading Beanstalk and the GAPP and just downloaded your ESF. I'll post what happens! :) ;)

I don't think it matters. I have Philz Touch on my phone, and I've never had to change it for all the things I've done to my phone

Ok. So its all on my SD card, wiped data/factory reset, wiped dalvik code, and cleaned to install new rom, then went to install zip and I can't find your efs on there... Ummmmmm.. I must be doing something wrong?!

Backup/Recovery > Custom recovery > select EFS

I hope you're using Philz Touch 6... lol

Backup and Restore > Custom Restore From * (/sdcard for internal, /storage/sdcard1 for SD card) > Uncheck all and check Restore EFS > Begin

I am using Philz Touch 6. I did what you said and it said, "Nothing to restore"?

Hmm... Okay. Let's take another route with this. Flash your ROM, GApps, and boot up. Install terminal emulator, and we're going to do a custom extract our own way :P

OMFG! ugghhhhhhh beanstalk is saying....

We don't need to use Kies right? thats the only reason I was installing it and the lag which I can deal with as long as I can just get my phone to work.

No kies lol
Okay, so, no idea what that's about. So, go back to Conquest... I know it sucks, but do it up lol

Now, download this efs.img:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1461250/efs.img
(Different file lol)

Install Conquest, boot. Make sure the efs.img is on your SD card. Open Terminal Emulator, type "su" and grant it superuser.
Then run this command and make sure it is 110% typed accurately. This is the barebones way to do this, but one mistake, and you might flash the wrong partition...

dd if=/storage/extSdCard/efs.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11 bs=4096

This will flash the efs.img file to you efs partition.

Then reboot *fingers crossed*

This is what I got so far... Haven't rebooted yet.
Does it look right?

AND got this... This is the first time I recieved this. Before it was "Not mobile network" But still unknown baseboard, mobile network type, service state, my phone number, MIN, PRL version, MEID, IMEI, ICCID... ALL UNKNOWN!

Have we tried flashing another nandroid stock?

Im pretty sure thats what helped ol boy back a few pages.

I know when i did that on another phone, i had to modify the nandroid zips md5 folder. Just deleted the 2 files inside it i believe. Otherwise, it kicks an md5 error at me.

I wish he would chime in lol.
