Root [Boost Mobile] Warp Cream Sandwich Rom [Discontinued]

Should this rom move away from Ice Cream Sandwich and Towards Jelly Bean?

What problems did you experience with Beats and Volume+? I am using Volume+ and am not having any problems of which I am aware. Maybe I can avoid trouble if I know what happened. Thanks a bunch. :)

Did that, didn't last long lol. My settings won't stick either >_< how do I use the stockKernel.zip file?

This is a nice rom but with the settings and keyboard not sticking it's kind of frustrating.
 
I just discovered that I have to reboot to get another SD card recognized. When I unmounted the current card I swapped it for a 2GB one and tried to mount it using the settings>storage menu. It reported that the SD card was damaged. I tried two other SD cards, including the good one I had just removed. All were reported as damaged. I had to reboot to get it to recognize the SD card again and one of the ones it had reported as damaged is working fine now. Has anyone else run into this situation? :confused: :hmmmm:

Edit: Even stranger now. I was able to unmount a 2GB and mount a 16GB SD card in without a problem. Hmmmm.
 
Yea it tells me my 8gb card is no good and I have to use my 2gb card to flash anything and then switch back again to the 8gb. Strange.

I'm also going to try flashing the newest 1.5 tonight. If works for me I wanna try some of my themes on it.
 
Check out "HOLO LOCKER" (jelly bean lockscreen) from the play store. I its not a theme for go locker. Its an actually a jelly bean lock screen replacement. I've been using it all day today & it works perfect.

It has an issue, when you are done with a phone call it goes to the lock screen, and not the in call function screen . Something with the proximity sensor, I reported it to them on xda

Hawg what I noticed is that with the new beats audio drivers volume+ force closes automatically. The new drivers come with 3 apps, one is a music volume and equalizer, the other is a Dolby emulator, and the last one is an app that places the icon of the brand of headphones used in your status bar. The drivers also make some build.prop changes also. I didn't have time to remove each app and test them to see which one causes the force close or if it is caused by the changes to build.prop, but it might be worth a shot if you are interested.

I guess I'm lucky. I haven't had any issues with volume+ recently but I remember having a problem with FC but I don't remember exactly what I did and I can't find it in my notes. I probably uninstalled it and downloaded it again and it worked. You've probably already done that. I can't think of anything else I could have done that I wouldn't have documented. Since I'm not having trouble, I can't help troubleshoot. I wish I could help more.

I bet you are happy to finally solve that problem. With it solved, you have a truly kick-ass ROM. Thanks for all of the hard work. I look forward to see what you've done in v1.5b. :) :) :) :) :) :)

Thanks once again... some tweaks will unfortunately have to be removed but it shouldn't affect overall performance...

I flashed the rom today, and have been using it without major issue. I did however have an issue syncing my fb contacts. But I solved it through fb its self. Other than that It's a beautiful rom. I switched from the noob II rom, and I gotta say I like this one better. Thanks again for all your hard work for making our warp rock.

How did you fix the Facebook sync? It's never worked for me unless you choose "Sync All"
