Should this rom move away from Ice Cream Sandwich and Towards Jelly Bean?

2nd, phone calls (without using and hands free device), when the phone call has ended, it used to light up and go to the phone screen to hang up...now it goes to lock screen first. Therefore you have to unlock the phone then it goes to the phone screen to hang up the phone.

The number thing may be a text color issue... and the lock screen issue is a problem with holo locker... try emailing the dev

The lock screen issue started with 1.6+. When I was on 1.5b, this wasn't an issue...any ideas?

Thats because there was an earlier version of holo locker included in 1.5b... the apps devs updated it and thats when the problems started... this problem is not specific to our phone or my rom

Ah I see.

So...I checked the Holo locker version on TB, it says it's on 1.0.1 (this was installed from 1.6). The back up was on 1.0.2 (installed from 1.5b). So I re-installed the 1.0.2 and the screen lock during the phone call is gone.

Just thought I share this info. :)

Awesome job with the ROM jet!!!
 
I just had a peculiar thing happen on my phone. It had been idle and charging for several minutes and I picked it up, cradled it in my left hand and unplugged the USB cable. The phone restarted. Boom, just like that. I know this has been a problem so I don't expect a solution any time soon; I just want to report it so jetx2x is aware. I was under the impression that the new kernel is suppose to stop that kind of behavior but that doesn't seem to be the case. Am I missing something? :confused::hmmmm:

I have an apk installer file from my Prevail phone but I don't think that will work on this phone, right? I need one that will work for this phone.

I would have sent this to you in a pm but your box is full again.
 
well some of the apps that i have downloaded before the update worked i can use them but when i put the up date some apps when i go to download it said my phone is not compatible any help:o
 
Listen, you need to fix the text color issue. Even if you need to add an outline so I can see my messages on MeetMe or Twitter, or be able to read everything that I see. Just make it so it's not invisible, cuz it's pissing me off having to use crappy Dolphin Browser. :/

You WATCH YOUR MOUTH!!!! :p Dolphine browser isn't crap. I'm using Opera Mini Next, it's faster to me.

Whoa there killer! Back it down a notch please. Hes working on it. If you dont like the rom (it IS a beta) then try another. But making demands of a dev or anyone for that matter is simply being rude.

Please be patient dude... im working on fixing it... i cant just switch the text colors back because then most of the system text would be invisible... its going to take a little time... im getting closer though... in the mean time you can switch to another rom or switch to 1.5

Dont be disrespecting bro theres others roms ya know no body told you to install it. Im sorry on his behalf jet you dont need someone to demand you like that your a very hard working dev and we are all very appreciate for what you do thank you jet for making this wonderful rom :)
