Root [Boost Mobile] Warp Cream Sandwich Rom [Discontinued]

it's too bad because it's a sweet little number when it's working...

I think it has this issue on every rom and different phones... they seem to be updating it a lot so hopefully it's just a matter of time.

I just hate having two lock screens, I got rid of it before but it came back.
 
Sorry about holo locker... just have to wait until it gets fixed by its devs...

That was the same thing that happened to me and a reason I don't like it. Like mrBobo says, maybe the Holo developer will get it right soon. I haven't checked yet to see if it can be uninstalled with TB. That will be my next move...

I uninstalled it. I have been digging this ROM for the last few days (I was on n00b before that but version 3 was a nightmare for me). Overall, very nice. I uninstalled the Xperia launcher and kept Holo launcher. I uninstalled the Google Music app, and loaded on Dirtyredz's MIUI music player. It runs very smooth and the OTA runs fine. Great work kid!
 
It seems when I put on the ota thing it messed my phone up? it was like stock freeze restarts freeze in the middle of a call. so I reflashed 1.5 1.5B 1.6 and thats it. how do I put on ota with out fking things up?

Install the zip manually... look on your sdcard and you will see a folder named OTA_Updater... inside you will see the file that was downloaded... it should say warpcreamsandwhich v1.6.2... install it theough cwm

Hey man, I was listening to slacker radio, surfing the web and youtube for about an hour on 3g. I thought it was weird i didn't get one text, so I rebooted and still nothing, Sent one text out and 7 came in. I doubt all those people didn't send it at the same time. And i have perfect signal im right next to a tower (I was online anyway). Just want you aware. Its probably just a warp thing not your rom.

I could also be a Boostmobile thing.
 
Could also be a text message conspiracy. I've done that before to people. Gotten me and a few friends to text someone all at the same time.
 
that's what i was thinking just wanted to share it and ppl, if you don't like the boost mobile brand on the holo launcher get widgetlocker. It has root helper so no matter what the original lockscreen disappears so you will only have one lockscreen and it looks just like ics, I put my doubletwist widget on there too so when im running i don't have to unlock to change music.

I just purchased it and it's worth the $2.99. It has so many configuration options it's going to take me a few hours to go through them all I think. Great app and thanks for suggesting it. :)

No problem I bought this way back before there was custom roms, Downloaded a funny pack man unlocker and stopped using it...Redownloaded it about two weeks ago, and found out i could add widgets to the locker (go figure widget locker...add widgets..) Tons of features that i still don't know about. One thing about android...you pay a small $2-3 for an app that is amazing. It would go for $15 on IOS store. (Do I even need to state how much I hate apple?)

I can't wait until Google releases an Android version for my home computer on which I currently run Windows 7. That would be awesome! Can you imagine having open source connectivity like that and no longer paying more for applications than you do for the computer on which you run the application? What about the number of available apps? Geez, the possibilities are mind boggling. :) :) :) I think the little green creatures on Mars are little Android ones.
