Make sure all of your volumes are turned up... try sending yourself a dummy message to test it... I havent experienced any problems with it... nor has anyone else reported it.... if it still doesnt work try reflashing

Jet, I am loving the work done here. Great ROM. I'll be doing the same as Hawg and donating, as well as making a nandroid backup so I can switch back and forth between this and Shinjitsu. Great work here. I see nothing wrong that hasn't already been mentioned. Keep it up kid you have a future in this field if football doesn't pan out for you.
 
Ok, update.... go sms is working fine. All alerts and vibes work. Small price to pay for a great Rom. Thanks dude.
 
i found the following problems. 1. font is smaller
2. previous stated, certain apps text dont show up
3. status bar has a white bar in the middle like where you exit a download status..
4.front panel where search,menu,etc, doesnt light up

The font is supposed to be smaller

Currently trying ro fix the text issues

Coupd you post a screenshot? Not sure I understand what you mean..

And for the front panel... try wiping the cache and dalvik

its going to be a min before i can put screen shots. working on a kernel for the zte warp. i am using the souce code from zte. in the middle of it now
 
Do you have a fix for white on white and black on black yet? Because I'm trying to use MeetMe and I can't see anything that people write to me and it's sucky.
 
All in all though, this is a GREAT ROM. I've been with it since 1.0.1B and I've loved it. It's gone from a fantasy version of ICS to like, a close look alike to JB. Spectacular rom, Jet.
 
I put 1.6.1 on and it has froze 3 times? whats up with that? only had words with friends on. I use nemus launcher so I can kill anything running, so I only had words running?

If I'm not mistaken, that was not supposed to be flashed, was just a placeholder or example, either way it was noted in a previous post not to download or error will occur. Sorry off that was not my place.

Nah... there was an error at first but I fixed it... but yeah... the ota that i sent out was just a test of sorts... it shouldnt have gave any problems because it was only a build.prop with a different rom version

Im working on it... but its gonna take time... Ive been putting off 2 books im supposed to read and I have to write a 4000 word essay... due in about 3 weeks =/
