Root [Boost Mobile] ?????

Don't know what's wrong with my phone 3g going crazy even after putting it back to stock and still nothing here at work it works very well but when I home in the afternoon the 3g starts to go crazy just about to loose my patients with my warp..... Can anybody help or if they are having something similar.
 
Have you tried a reset? Are you running a new custom ROM?
Also, please update your title to something a bit more appropriate to your post as you'll get more help. :)
 
Sorry just ran out of titles lol but anyway I done every thing I've even called boost and they said that everything was fine don't know what else to try
 
let me see if I am understanding you, 3g works at work but not at home?

How did you go back to stock and what ROM did you come from?

If it works at work and not at home, you probably have actual bad reception at home right now for some reason, I would start with the profile/prl update, then a call to boost to complain about the tower, maybe a local shop near your home would have an answer about reception in general.

I doubt it's the ROM if you have good reception and working 3g at work just not at home, maybe the closest tower is down or damaged, just a thought.
 
Yeah I would say the samething and the stock rom I used was the one from the update tool that I got it installed in my computer
 
Well here's a genius idea..lol how far away is your work? How many cell towers are there on between. And which prl. Are you using? Stock or sprint... ROM? BUILD? UPDATE?

The people need answers here!!! Lol

I'm kidding. Try updating your prl and such in your settings. If it still doesn't work I will just assume it has something Rondo with your house and the location from the tower. Trees housing/buildings clouds and spotty weather interrupt our signals. Lets not mention emp.

Whew. But honestly I would start with going outside and then back in. Then you can determine what the problem is on a clear skunk I honestly doubt its a hardware problem or on boosts end unless they are upgrading where you are.

Im running noob III rom ans my 3g is acting up I'm losing signal like crazy before when I had noobII rom it was working fine D:
 
Yeah I know but it sucks have tried everything by the book and still nothing still in the same limbo.....:(
 
Alright.. Let's start from the start... How far away is your work? Do you live in a large apartment building? Is there clear service where you live? I know in my home my service is much worse than when I am outside, because I live in a brick building. This also may be a problem.

but before I offer so many options.. Do you still have the phone? We can go through the steps to help you out.. :)
 
Im 20 min away from my job because i live in rhode island and i work at mass but i guess boost said it supposely there were to towers down and they are trying to fix it thats what they said to me over the phone when i called them.....

20 mins?!? Did you drive all the way across Rhode island? ;)
 
Yeah I guess but still bad signal sooner or later it will get fixed, and yes 20 min drive from pawtucket RI to Mansfield Mass and the signal over there is awsome....;)
 
Patience is a virtue sir.. :) I'm sorry you are having troubles. I too have the problems with signal when I travel all over upstate New York for work. I have found many, many, many places where there is no service at all. Mostly in the valleys of the mountains. It's irritating.
