Not getting calls or texts in...received my replacement warp yesterday out of town, activated it and made several calls out...today, I've been stalked because I have not been answering my phone?????? Phone hasn't been ringing...tried calling from landline no calls, what is working is the data, I was able to scroll through fb so who would have thought something was wrong with the phone...not me, so I call specialty tech after he had me dial *720 and send he test calls me and nothing...so he checks my zipcode and it "SUPPOSEDLY SHOWS THEY ARE DOING TOWER UPGRADES" in my area, I said what about another zipcode I was in just three hours ago, supposedly the same, so test call your phone if you think its weird that you have not received calls and maybe texts but that part is questionable...definitely no CALLS...wth

I'm in Maryland by the way so for you marylanders let me know if all is well with your phones....

this sucks by the way because there is no ETA but its been set to a MAJOR Issue...at least thats what I was told...this is getting a little crazy, I've had too many phone issues over the last few weeks to last a lifetime

I live in the Chicago area. Ever since they started plastering the signs all over advertising the arrival of the 4G for Boost we now live in a DEAD ZONE. randomly I will get texts and phone calls from my home, have to get in the car, drive down the block to get reception. We started off with the techs on the phone, they re-booted my phone thinking that would help. She put me on hold, got my zip code again, put me on hold, then told me they were repairing the towers in my area. I asked, will it be a few days, weeks, months, what is the ETA of the completion of this project, she said soon...two weeks later, called, asked when it will be done, they said they are almost finished, again asked for ETA, soon she said. Three weeks later(today) i am sending an email informing them that if the outages are not fixed, or I am given money back, I am switching to T-Mobile, no shrinkage, but I know I will get reception

It seems they are trying to rush the upgrade 4G towers now that they finally have it. The cities that are most populated with BOOST customers will be the hardest hit first. This will all die down after a month or so. But as for now, just keep rebooting your phone. It will be annoying. As is most of the problems with ZTE, but this is the only thing I have found to help with service issues.

I'm having the same problem out here in Rhode Island it came to the point that i put the radio band to evdo instead of both because I wasn't having any signal :o
